i hav a video of 320x240 resolution.i transcoded to 1920x1080.even then there was no change in clarity.are htere any softwares which can increase the clarity of such videos.How do i increase the clarity of any video to make it more clear?
well it all depends on the image quality, if you are watching a video of poor quality then by increasing the resolution even 100 of times more wouldn't help in getting clarity. softwares normally don't enhance your hardware from which render your videos. some graphic cards have a property for picture clarity. you have to enable the option from the GPU's software driver. i've done the same for myself.
