I downloaded some .flv files from YouTube and I'm having problems changing the quality of the video to make it look like a regular video quality to play on my TV. I changed the bit rate and resolution and still looks like the same quality. Any one now how i can change the quality of a video?Change Video Quality?
First of all, what do you use to download the videos?

Now, download them in .wmv or avi format and you will not lose to much quality if you convert them into a different format.
I recommend a program called TuneBite to convert them. It isnt free but it has LOADS of features including conversion, video capture, and you can remove DRM from music you get with Itunes/zune/Rhapsody/Napster.

When editing these videos what program do you use? Windows movie maker is great for basic editing needs but I recommend the new version.
