I have a video which is currently quite large 640x480 I think but I'm not sure off the top of my head.
Anyway I need it to be at a resolution of 176x128.
It is an mpeg, and I need the final product to be an mpeg, but if I need to swap to something else in the middle that's ok (although I'd prefer if I didn't have to naturally).
Also I need it to be a FREE solution, not a trial version of something because I will need to do it in the future again.How do you resize a video/change its resolution?
