DO WHAT RICHARD SAID, RIGHT CLICK UR DESKTOP

CHOOSE PROPERTIES

SETTINGS TAB

SLIDE THE BAR FROM LESS TO MORE FOR SCREEN RESOLUTION

ALSO ON THE RIGHT SIDE SEE ADVANCED TAB

GO TO MONITOR TAB

CHOOSE THE HIGHEST REFRESH RATE OF HERTZ ( THIS IS FOR THE REDI EYE JEDIS)

THE DRIVERS ISSUE IS ALSO AN EASY ONE

CLICK START

RIGHT CLICK MY COMPUTER

CHOOSE PROPERTIES

CHOOSE THE HARDWARE TAB

CHOOSE DEVICE MANAGER

IF U HAVE ANY YELLOW ? MARKS ON ANY OF UR SYSTEM DRIVERS

THEN LITERALLY RIGHT CLICK THEM AND UPDATE THEM, IF THEY FAIL TO UPDATE U WILL NEED TO LOACATE YOUR DELL HARDWARE CD AND UPLOAD IT .U MOST LIKELY WONT NEED THIS BUT IF U FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS ALL WILL BE FIXED

GOOD LUCK
