How do i change the resolution size of a mpeg4(or mp4) formatted video?(i opened with quicktime,if that helps).
I need it to go to 176x144 so i can fit to my cellphone screensize.How do i change the resolution size of a video?

How to use?
1-Add your video (Right click)
2-Select the Output Container (Mp4)
3-Select the Output Video Codec (mpeg4)
4-Select the Output Audio Codec (AAC or MP3)
5-Set video category:
(Video Scale Size:176x144)
(Set Aspect %26amp;Frame/Sec)
(Bitrate kbps 1008) -Don't forget; highest quality=highest video size)
6-Encode.
Output File Location (Default): Programs/ErightSoft/Super/Output
