Did you clear your cmos? Also, when you uninstall the driver from control panel, you dont uninstall the full driver. You will need something like Driver cleaner to completely wipe out drivers for nvidia, then install the latest one and you will be fine.

Use the trial version

Dont forget, if it is a built PC by you, clear the cmos, you can do it by taking th ebattery out or with most motherboards, when starting up the PC, you can hold the insert key. Then put in everything again in your bios.Everytime i install nvidia driver for video card the resolution is always 640 480 i can not change why ?
Open Device Manager:

Right click My Computer, Properties, Hardware, find the Video adapter, Update the driver, provide the disk or file for you video card.

Is this problem new? Has your machine been running normal up to now?

I think you have an incompatibility problem. Make sure your machine and monitor meet the minimum requirements of your graphics board.Everytime i install nvidia driver for video card the resolution is always 640 480 i can not change why ?
