Changing a video resolution?

I recorded a couple videos on my Kodak Zi8. Unfortunately, they're on 1080p resolution (HD). I want to shrink them down to a manageable size (aka, not around 400 MB) to go onto Facebook. Anyone know how I can do this?Changing a video resolution?
First you should know Kodak Zi8 record video as MOV(H.264 video codec, aac audio codec) format, and the best format of Facebook is FLV, so you have to use a right converter to convert MOV(H.264 video codec, aac audio codec) videos to FLV format. I am using %26quot;RZ Vidoe Converter Lite%26quot; to do this well, you can try it by youself, it can convert any videos or audios between any different formats, such as convert MOV to FLV, etc. You can customize the video resolution to fit Facebook.

You can google or yahoo search and download 'RZ Video Converter Lite', esay to use, hope it can help you!Changing a video resolution?
There is an easy way,you can try this mod converter(different versions for windows or mac),it allows convert between different video formats like mod, mpg, avi, wmv, flv, swf, mov, etc, before conversion, you can set resolution below 720p to ensure the output video size manageable, hope this helps!
