How can i change the resolution of a downloaded video clip?

I downloaded a couple video clips. They are WIndows Media Audio/Video Files and play in my windows media player, but when i go and drag and drop them into my memory card for my phone, i put the memory card in my phone and the videos are on there and show up, but when i go to play one of them, my phone says the resolution is not supported and won't play them. How can i change the video files before i drag and drop them to be compatible to play on my phone??How can i change the resolution of a downloaded video clip?

There are two things that you must sure.



1. Make sure your mobile is supporting WMV, MPG, or MPEG as those videos' extension format, if they are not, you must convert them to 3GP, 3GPP, or whatever that your mobile supporting to. If this is just right, follow this way below.

2. Make sure the reason of your mobile that says %26quot;The resolution is not supported%26quot;, if you are sure that's its reason, you must convert them to the lower resolution and of course by using video converter.

By video converter, you can change any video extension format, its resolution, quality, sound, and many attributes you can change.
