How do you up the video resolution on Skype?

Ive just recently installed skype on to my pc. The sound quality is superb but the picture quality is rubbish. Is there any way of increasing the resolution of the video messaging? Msn video messaging has good quality video but the sound is rubbish.

Anyone know the solution to this problem? ive been through all the menus and cant find how to change this setting.

You can't....unless you have a rubbish webcam...thinking about it are you saying its just unacceptable, if this is the case you have a duff camera or you have the settings wrong. e.g does the picture improve if you point the camera out side in the day light. In the Skype window go to the top tool bar and click...Tool; Options; Video Settings: WebbCam Settings ...Just under the picture; Select the Picture Tab; Check that that row should all be set off. If you looking for HDD its not going to happen
