I'm trying to download a video onto a Samsung Eternity but the resolution is unsupported. How would i go about changing the resolution to 320x240 on an mp4?How do i change the resolution on a video?
You may try this video tool. I know it can change the resolution on video. After you load video clip into the software, click %26quot;setting%26quot; to open option panel, then you can type any resolution value you want. And here is a guide about it
