Guys, Help me out with this problem. I'm using vista 64bit , Geforce 9500 GT 1GB, 4 GB ram , 2.66 core 2duo processor. i can play CoD4 on max settings in singleplayer with no one problem and works amazingly . However, it doesn't run well and so slow in multiplayer even with 1024*768 resolution. So please help me out and tell me what is the problem and how 2 fix it !!! PLZ DON'T TELL ME TO CHANGE MY VIDEO CARD CUZ IT IS GREAT IN TODAY'S GAMES.
P.S : i could play it in max settings in multiplayer 2 months ago but now !!!...%26lt;%26lt;%26lt; i don't know what the hell happenedCoD4 multiplayer issue !!! Please help?
Manually update PunkBuster. It's killing your connection trying to update itself, and you're probably quitting before it's done so it has to start over every time you join a server.

Perhaps you are playing on a PunkBuster banned server? PunkBuster is designed to where if they ban a server IP then it will force your PC to run at 999 ping and extremely slow. Either that or maybe you need to update to the latest PB? Are you running the 1.7 CoD4 patch?....just some suggestions %26gt;.%26gt; The system specs are more then enough to run CoD4 so the only thing I can think of is it's either Vista 64bit, patch, or PunkBuster that's causing the issue.
